SSCAFCA Rainfall Alert SMS Terms of Service

The SSCAFCA Rainfall Alert SMS service provides near real-time rainfall notifications to inform residents and stakeholders of significant precipitation events in Southern Sandoval County, New Mexico.
2. User Consent
By enrolling in this Service, you affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. You understand that message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on rainfall activity. You may receive alerts during rainfall events and occasional test or system messages. SSCAFCA does not guarantee any specific number or frequency of messages.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You may also request help by contacting info@sscafca.org or calling 505-892-RAIN (7246).
